We offer free UK shipping and all soft good orders will be sent Signed For First Class, by Royal Mail.
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. If for any reason this is not possible we will send you an email to let you know why, and when you items will be sent out to you.
For international customers, any customs import, export, brokerage fees or local taxes that are obtained by an international shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country. We will always send our orders out as merchandise with the correct value marked on the customs form, so please don’t ask us to do anything different. The vast majority of our international orders will be sent out using a tracked service.
Things occasionally go missing in the post, don’t worry, all shipments are fully insured & we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf if this should occur. Our policy is to refund in full or send a replacement once the required time has passed, stated by the relevant postal service or shipping company in their terms. This is generally 30 days.
Unfortunately, if a parcel is lost or takes longer to receive than expected because the address given was incorrect or incomplete we cannot accept any liability for this – though we will do our best to help to try and resolve it.
Generally we need to wait 10 days from dispatch to begin this process.
If an item is unsuitable or faulty please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before making a return. Please quote your name and order number.
All items should be in a re-saleable state, in original packaging, with all tags still attached, unwashed and unused.
PLEASE NOTE. Any item that has any odour of perfume/deodorant/washing detergent will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to you.
If the product is been returned due to a manufacturers fault, we can offer you a replacement no problem.
We must receive all returns within 30 days of the date received.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps above before returning goods to the store. When we have accepted your returns request and your item has been returned in the required condition we will process your refund via Paypal back onto the card with which you paid. Processed refunds may take a couple of working day. Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded (this does not include original delivery costs).
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us unless the item purchased is faulty. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged to avoid any dispute. If they are been returned for exchange the replacement item will be sent free of charge.
For international returns, please mark returned packages ‘Returned Items‘. North will not pay import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Your return will also take longer to process.
